Angel 2 Goes Green
(Vocus) August 26, 2009 -- Sky Angel’s satellite network Angel 2 has announced it will be carrying The Green House Project in their fall line up. The Green House Project (www.greenhouseproject.tv) is a new television program that helps viewers reduced their carbon footprint. This 26 episode series follows the construction of a home using “Green” products and materials.
“Not only will this be great for homeowners looking to build,” notes Jacqueline Gallup of SkyAngel. “But the show will also provide easy and inexpensive DIY “Green” tips that viewers can implement in their own lives.”
When asked what drew her to the program, Gallup added, “Every one of us has realized how our old ways are affecting the planet and we want to do our part to help. This series showcases great tips and ideas that each of us can do today to make a difference… It is simply the right thing to do and we wanted to make sure we did our part.”
Green House Project will begin airing August 31 on the Angel 2 network, and will run twice a week (Mondays at 7pm EST and Wednesdays at 10:30pm).
Angel 2 reaches 14 million homes throughout the United States.
